USA Cut Outs is cutouts with a cause. A portion of every order gets donated back to a local school or charity. Our products are proudly made in the USA. We allow people to have themselves at their favorite event even if they can't be there in person.

The higher the resolution, the sharper and higher quality the finished products will be. We suggest you follow our photo guidelines below: If You Are Taking a Photo: Use a digital camera or a newer smart phone (if using a smartphone, try to only use the back camera and not the selfie camera) Take your photo in daylight or in a bright, well-lit room Capture the photo of your subject’s face as close as possible without cutting off their hair, ears, etc. Limit the use of zoom, try to actually get close to the subject’s face without zooming in. If your subject would like to wear a hat, make sure to take the whole part of the headpiece is captured if you intend to include that on your Big Head Cutout.- Also note that your Big Head Cutout will be notably smaller if there is a big hat or long hair that is taking up most of the surface area. Your overall big head will be the size as listed but the face portion will be scaled down to fit the full image. If You Are Finding a Photo Online: Find a photo that is a close up or headshot, full body images rarely suffice. Find a large-sized photo, you can find the photo dimensions of your photo by right clicking the photo on your computer and selecting either “get info” on MacOS or “properties” on Windows. Try to find a photo larger than 1MB. Try not to submit screenshots or heavily edited photos. If you are finding an image online, Google Image search tool allows you to select the size. Select “large” when searching. (please make sure you either own the image or ask for image rights before uploading to USA Cut Outs

We will take care of cutting out of the head from the picture you will send us. Just make sure to send us an instruction if there’s any, or indicate which head you need to have made if there are multiple head in the picture. This is very easy to do with our make your own page.

Lucky for you, we are quick! For the regular order, we ship your product out from our facility within 3 days of your order arriving if ordered Monday-Friday. Your order will be shipped using ground shipping. If you would like to pay for expedited shipping, please email us before placing your order.

We cannot print licensed faces on our own. However, if you own a photo or find a photo to use, you can upload it in our website when placing the order.
